Damages : Please advise us within 5 working days of your item being delivered of any faults not stated in the website listing or breakages. You will be offered a full refund or replacement where available
Change of mind: Sorry we do not offer refunds if you change your mind, please choose carefully.
Laybuys: We offer 4 week laybuys with a 20% non-refundable despoit for cancellation or change of mind.
Custom orders require 50% deposit before work can begin. This is to cover any fabric/accessories needed for your special piece.
